NEW TICKETING RULES
All tickets are NON REFUNDABLE once bought and are not transferable to another event.
We will be checking IDs/passports against the names on the tickets. If you bought multiple tickets and you are all arriving together with the purchaser, they can all have the purchasers name only. Otherwise each person will need a named ticket with their name.
The NEW ticket transfer system is now up and running.
You can easily transfer your tickets to another person with this system.
If you sell your tickets to someone else, this means that you can send them your tickets which will then have their name on them and your original tickets will be voided. For people buying tickets from you it gives them the comfort of knowing they get genuine tickets.
