Viva Las Vegas has 2 locations for information.

  • The VLV Office upstairs by the Dauphine Room.
  • The VLV Check In in the Arena foyer.

VLV CHECK IN – Wednesday 5pm – 12 Midnight, Thursday & Friday 9am to 2am, Saturday 9am to 12 midnight, Sunday – please go to VLV Office

All music venues, the car show and vendor rooms are fully accessible for wheelchairs. To get to the upstairs venues there is an elevator. We encourage all attendees to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, please contact any of the VLV or hotel staff. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers can only be plugged into a standard 110-volt outlet.
The Orleans Hotel has scooter rentals at the Bell Desk. We advise reserving in advance. Phone 702 365 7111 and ask for the Bell Desk.


The Orleans Hotel has multiple ADA parking spaces. You will need a verified ADA placard, permit, or license plate to use them.  The person to whom the placard or plate is issued to must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger. You may also use The Orleans valet parking which is free.

Please note that it’s against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else’s in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.


There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons who may need to see above the crowd in some of the VLV venues on a first come basis.

Accessible Viewing Area Policies:
– Companions may be asked to stand if capacity is reached
– These are non-smoking areas
– Patrons are not allowed to save spots and if a guest is not-present for over an hour, their area will be given to another disabled guest


Service animals are permitted throughout Viva Las Vegas. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals are not included. Pets are not allowed in VLV events. Service animals must be legitimate, properly trained and under the proper care of their owners.

Only service animals meeting the above criteria will be allowed in VLV.

For the safety of all VLV attendees, all service animals must be verified at the entrance.

  • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.


If you would like to request ASL Interpretation for any VLV event, please contact us at contact@vivalasvegas.net. All requests must be made at least 30 days before VLV to allow for processing times.

The restaurants inside of The Orleans Hotels cater to a variety of dietary needs.  Please refer to the menu of each restaurant for more information.

  • First Aid:The Orleans Hotel has paramedics on duty at all times.
