UPDATED FEB 14th 2022

MASK MANDATE HAS ENDED

Masks are no longer required to be worn in Nevada. This means that you have the choice to wear a mask or not wear one. Here is a post I made:

YES!!! You have read it right. The Governor of Nevada announced yesterday that the mask mandate for indoors is at an end. As we are guided by the state rules it means that masks are not required at Viva Las Vegas #25. We realize that there may be mixed reactions to this but this does not mean you cannot wear one. If you want to still wear a mask at Viva, please go ahead. There is nothing wrong with that. We are all there for the music, dancing, cars, burlesque, and fun with friends. We have all had a tough 2 years. Let’s try and put all of our different opinions behind us and let’s have a great weekend. That is why we go to Viva Las Vegas, isn’t it?egas.

UPDATED REFUND/TRANSFER POLICIES 12/31/21

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE – Refund/ Transfer Policy for Ticket Holders:

Full refunds will only be issued if: The event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control or for attendees affected by an air travel shutdown.

Otherwise, refunds can be issued minus a $30 admin fee. Tickets that you have not yet requested to transfer, there will be a $30 admin fee to transfer to VLV25 or VLV26. All tickets are transferable to another person so you are able to give or sell your tickets to anyone you choose.

TICKETS

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE -VLV tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT-TRANSFERABLE to another event. But you can sell or give your tickets to another person.
If VLV is cancelled for any reason, tickets can be carried forward or refunded. There are NO refunds or transfers if you do not agree with any local mandates that may be in force at the time of Viva Las Vegas and decide that you do not want to come.
Unused tickets cannot be used for a future event or refunded if they are not refunded/transferred before April 10th 2022.
These prices are being set assuming that we have no restrictions from the authorities due to COVID. We reserve the right to increase ticket prices should any actions from the authorities cause us to need to do so. In that situation, tickets already purchased will not require the purchaser to pay the increase.

Please check this site often to be aware of any changes.

CURRENT COVID MEASURES – SUBJECT TO CHANGE

UPDATED November 1st 2021
Here are the State of Nevada COVID Mitigation Measures that would cover VLV if it was now. Please note that these are what the measures are now which could be changed at any time as situations change. These measures are mandated by the State. Viva Las Vegas and The Orleans have no control over deciding these measures.

• INSIDE THE HOTEL – Masks must be worn at all times while inside the hotel / casino / VLV events. (except while eating in a restaurant or actually drinking)
• OUTSIDE THE HOTEL – There are no mask mandates for outdoors so masks are not required at the Car show or the Pool Party.

We do recommend wearing a mask at all times indoors and outdoors, especially while in crowded areas.
